CIVILCONS means Civil Constructions and Consulting. It has a start date of activities since July 31, 2008 with a record of 12 years in the Ecuador market. It has a diversity of professionals from different branches of Engineering.

The idea was born to be like a full service (The range goes from a simple inspection contract to a global full service contract).
